Ollie provides excellent one on one training and exercise that would test any of the best athletes. working out with him is exhausting but very rewarding. I can honestly say the pain is worth the gain, this is the best thing i have ever done to better my health and fitness, all the years of gyms where once i was tired i retired to the sauna - Not with Ollie he pushes you to achieve your best and feel great.
Ollie is definitely someone who makes you work, rest and play!!! Enjoy the ride people once your on you won't want to get off it's an addictive workout!!

I started training with Ollie in January of 2011, he has always been on my side and at times I am sure I have pushed his patience no end. My job takes over my life, but I manage to fit three training sessions a week, even though I am shattered, and training is the last thing I want to do, he can lift my spirits and he pushes me beyond my belief system allows me. His belief that I can do it, even when I tell him I can't, amazes me. He makes the sessions fun and strangely enjoyable, and his constant comments of encouragement get me through. Ollie is an excellent personal trainer, he brings other things to my sessions, he can predict my mood and makes the sessions restore my faith in myself. So far i have lost over 60lbs as of December 2011.

I chose to work with Ollie originally due to his private studio and the fact that the sessions were on a 1 to 1 basis, I had not exercised for a number of years and past gym experiences hadn't been enjoyable.
It was apparent after the first session that I had made the right choice, Ollie made me feel very comfortable and his studio is well equipped for all fitness levels and abilities.
Ollie's enthusiasm is infectious and the more I work with him the higher my expectations are of what I can achieve. I decided to go and see ollie and his team after a few failed attempts at dieting. The first session was the worst, I thought I was going to die!! After that I was unsure if I was going to return but I did, It has gotten a little easier, not that easy!!, he ups the session each time to make it a little harder to push you along and achieve some great results.
I have seen a massive improvement with my energy levels and have lost 8.5 inches and dropped from 31% body fat to 23%.

I hadn't enjoyed exercise for years and found it difficult to stick to anything long enough to see the results. I therefore wanted to try a personal trainer as a last attempt to get fit and tone up. I met with Ollie and knew instantly that I would be able to work with him, he is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and incredibly positive about fitness, working out with Ollie has been one of the best decisions I've made.
Ollie has his own studio which allayed my fear of exercising in front of people, it's a great space which Ollie fills with imaginative and fun workouts. He makes every session different by combining perfectly timed challenges to form a full body workout. He shares his understanding of exercise which not only ensures I am completing the moves properly but helps me appreciate the impact of why we do certain exercises, this aspect of Ollie's training is great as at the end of every session I get a real sense of achievement.
While Ollie pushes me in every session it's not the ‘military get down and give me 20' approach, he is motivational and I feel like really wants me to succeed. He works out each training session according to where we are in terms of my personal fitness and end goals. I would strongly recommend Ollie to anyone who wants to get in shape, lose weight and change the way you feel about exercise! After a short period of time, I saw physical results beyond my expectations and am enjoying exercise more than I thought possible!

I started to work with Ollie to help me increase my weight loss and tone up! I had regular 1 to 1 sessions with him. Each week he went through different exercises and techniques always creating variety and working me very very hard!!! He is a really motivating person with a real passion and flair for his job. He made going to the gym fun (well as fun as it can be!!!). He spent a long time working on a specific programme for me which was tailored to what I wanted to achieve. Since training with ollie and his team I have seen some dramatic effects. We have worked well together, becoming almost like training buddies and Ollie has helped with my mental drive and confidence, my physical appearance & my fitness, and how I should retune my diet - the package and style has really made a big impact on changing my lifestyle for the better. He has become a mentor, he listens to me, what I have to say, how I am responding and how I like to train, but also pushes when I am not feeling like training. This I think is a lot more than your normal personal trainer in the gym – he is driving me to achieving in a realistic and timely manner.
